SummaryAs a Principal AI & Digital Architect at ATS Corporation, your role will center around exploring the use of AI applications and conducting proof-of-concept implementations. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess the viability of AI-driven initiatives. Your expertise will now also contribute to the development and management of digital twins and the implementation of data & analytics strategies. These additions will enhance decision-making and operational efficiency through advanced data analysis, reporting, and accurate virtual representations of physical assets for improved monitoring and predictive maintenance. • Lead the investigation of AI applications within the organization to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and innovation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and test AI-driven solutions at a smaller scale, focusing on feasibility assessment and business value delivered.

• Stay informed about AI advancements to evaluate their potential impact on our offerings and strategies.

• Develop and implement cutting-edge AI prototypes aligned with industry best practices.

• Understand unique challenges faced by sales, finance, operations, and other teams, and propose AI solutions, demonstrate success through PoCs.

• Define and execute AI projects, including business case development, budget adherence, and successful outcomes.

• Engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure seamless adoption of AI solutions and garner support for experimental initiatives.

• Develop and oversee the implementation of data & analytics strategies to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency through advanced data analysis and reporting.

• Lead the creation and management of digital twins, ensuring accurate virtual representations of physical assets for improved monitoring, analysis, and predictive maintenance.

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate data & analytics and digital twin technologies into existing AI and ML solutions to drive innovation and business value.

QualificationsEducation:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Professional certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or related technologies.

Experience:

• Proven experience in AI and ML project implementation.

• Hands-on experience with data & analytics and digital twins technologies.

• A track record of successful digital transformation initiatives.

Technical and Solution Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Databricks and Azure OpenAI.

• Ability to conceptualize and design end-to-end AI solutions, including data sourcing, pre-processing, model development, evaluation, and small scale deployment.

• Thorough understanding of database, streaming, and analytics services offered by popular cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) with experience in building ML pipelines.

• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLM) preferred, including generative AI using ChatGPT / OpenAI and other models.

• Proficiency in Python/R development, with additional familiarity in procedural/object-oriented programming languages (Java, C#, C++).

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in data modeling and analysis.

• Experience with IoT and digital twin platforms.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
