Job Title: Principal

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the academic and administrative operations of the institution.
• Plan, implement, and monitor academic programs and activities.
• Ensure discipline and maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Supervise faculty recruitment, training, and performance.
• Promote research, industry-institution collaboration, and academic excellence.
• Manage institutional compliance, including statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve institutional performance and results.

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in Education, Management, or related field (Ph.D. preferred).
• Proven leadership experience in educational administration for at least 7 years.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage teams, plan budgets, and oversee institutional development.
