Primefox Infotech is inviting applications for the role of Process Associate to join our high performing lead generation team in providing service offerings to our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate should be self-driven and must possess good command over English language.

Skills Required:
• Excellent English communication skills
• No Technical/Sales skills required
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Adaptive and quick learner
• Good, smooth, calm, enthusiastic communicator

Responsibilities:
• Generating high quality leads following the laid SOPs
• Using rebuttal techniques to handle customer’s query
• Make outgoing calls to create new leads
• Developing a strong knowledge of the product’s script/s and rebuttal/s in order to facilitate the lead

Designation:
Process Associate/ Sr. Process Associate

Compensation:
Salary no bar for the right candidate
Lucrative daily incentive plan

Location:
WORK FROM OFFICE: Sector 74, Mohali

Working Hours:
Fixed Shift Timings (US Shift) with Saturday/Sunday Fixed Off

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent
