Location : Guru Rajendra Jain International School, Mohankheda Jain Tirth, Rajgarh (Dhar).

Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher (PRT) to join our dynamic faculty team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching young learners, possess strong subject knowledge, and be committed to creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons for primary grade students.
• Develop and implement instructional strategies that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance the learning experience.
• Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and tests.
• Provide individualized support and attention to students to foster their academic growth.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student development and well-being.
• Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and residential duties as required.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends, technologies, and best practices in mathematics education.

Qualifications:

Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject.

B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.

Previous experience teaching students in the specified age group or class (CBSE)

Strong interpersonal and communication and writing skills.
