Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PRT (Primary Teacher) to join our coaching centre team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality education and support to primary school students in various subjects, fostering a positive learning environment that encourages student growth and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of individual students.
• Teach core subjects, including Mathematics, English, Science, and Social Studies, using innovative teaching methods.
• Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations and feedback.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes active participation and collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and improve teaching strategies.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities that enhance student learning and engagement.
• Stay updated on educational trends and participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field; teaching certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a PRT or similar role in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and learning methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
• Proficient in using technology and educational tools to enhance learning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?9,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
