Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Classroom Management:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons across core subjects. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Utilize innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement.

Curriculum Implementation:

Follow the prescribed curriculum and develop supplementary learning materials. Integrate technology and interactive activities into lessons. Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.

Student Assessment and Development:

Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress. Provide individualized support to address learning challenges. Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Parental Engagement:

Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and behavior. Organize parent-teacher meetings and workshops. Foster a strong home-school connection to support student learning.

Collaboration and Professional Growth:

Work closely with fellow teachers, administrators, and school staff. Participate in professional development programs and training. Stay updated with best practices in primary education.
