Student Well-being:

? Monitor and nurture the overall well-being of students assigned to the Mother

Teachers class.

? Attend students' emotional, social, and academic needs.

Parent Communication:

? Establish and maintain open and regular communication with parents.

? Provide updates on students' progress, behavior, and any concerns.

Academic Support:

? Guide students in their academic journey, including homework assistance and

clarification of concepts.

? Collaborate with subject and activity teachers to address any challenges.

Individualized Attention:

? Provide individualized attention to each student, understanding their strengths,

weaknesses, and learning styles.

? Offer personalized guidance to enhance academic and personal growth.

Behavioral Guidance:

? Address behavioral issues promptly and implement positive behavior

reinforcement strategies.

? Collaborate with school counselors when necessary.

Classroom Management:

? Assist in maintaining a positive and conducive classroom environment.

? Implement effective classroom management techniques to promote learning.

Parent-Teacher Meetings:

? Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings.

? Discuss students' progress, areas for improvement, and set goals collaboratively.

Crisis Intervention:

? Respond to crises or emergencies affecting students.

? Collaborate with the school principal and support staff for effective crisis

management.

Health and Safety:

? Monitor students' health and safety within the school premises.

? Report any health concerns to the school nurse and parents.

Extracurricular Involvement:

? Encourage students to participate in extracurricular activities.

? Facilitate their involvement in clubs, sports, and other school events.

Holistic Development:

? Foster the holistic development of students, including their physical, emotional,

social, and cognitive growth.

? Implement activities that enhance life skills and values.

Feedback and Reporting:

? Provide regular feedback to students on their progress and achievements.

? Submit timely and comprehensive reports on students' performance to school

administrators.

Individualized Education Plans (IEPs):

? Collaborate with the special educators to implement IEPs for students with

special needs.

? Ensure that accommodations are provided as necessary.

Cultural Sensitivity:

? Promote cultural sensitivity and inclusivity within the classroom.

? Celebrate and respect the diverse backgrounds and identities of students.

Professional Development:

? Attend workshops and training sessions for continuous professional growth.
