Job Description
Job Title: Teacher (ECE and Primary)
Location: Anvi Developmental Institution
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teachers to join our team and nurture young learners at both the Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Primary levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the developmental needs of ECE and Primary children.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Implement age-appropriate teaching strategies to foster curiosity, creativity, and foundational learning.
• Collaborate with team to support children's academic and personal growth.
• Monitor and document children progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.
• Encourage a love for learning while developing students' social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
Qualifications:
• Postgraduate degree in Psychology, Arts, B.Ed., M.Ed., or a related discipline with an interest in teaching.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with children.
• Knowledge of Early Childhood Education principles and Primary teaching strategies is highly desirable.
• Creative, patient, and dedicated to fostering a love for learning in children.
