As a Pre-Primary Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and educating young children by providing a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment. Through play-based and developmentally appropriate practices, you will foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a Safe & Stimulating Learning Environment

Establish a positive classroom atmosphere where children feel secure, valued, and encouraged to explore. Foster an inclusive environment that supports diverse learning needs.

Track Growth & Development

Observe, document, and assess each child's developmental progress. Adapt learning experiences to meet individual needs and milestones.

Design Play-Based, Engaging Curriculum

Plan and implement hands-on activities that promote creativity, problem-solving, and exploration. Use age-appropriate teaching methods aligned with early childhood best practices.

Build Strong Parent Partnerships

Maintain open and consistent communication with parents regarding their child's progress. Collaborate with families to reinforce learning both in and outside the classroom.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduation in any field (preferably B.Ed. , PRT, NTT)

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of early childhood development
Expertise in play-based and inquiry-led learning strategies
Creative and adaptive curriculum design skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching young children

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
