Position: Primary School Teacher (KG to 5th Grade)
Subjects: All Subjects (English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Hindi, and EVS)

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teachers to join our school in Gaya, Bihar. The candidate will be responsible for teaching students from Kindergarten to 5th grade, focusing on fostering holistic development and creating a nurturing environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching and Instruction:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across multiple subjects (English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Hindi, and EVS) as per the curriculum.
• Use innovative teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and interactive for young learners.
• Focus on developing students' basic foundational skills in literacy and numeracy.
• Classroom Management:
• Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students.
• Maintain discipline while ensuring active participation and engagement.
• Student Development:
• Focus on the cognitive, emotional, and social development of young learners.
• Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving through various classroom activities.
• Student Assessment:
• Regularly assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and observations.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance and behavior.
• Parent Communication:
• Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and address concerns.
• Provide suggestions for at-home support and involvement in the child's education.
• Co-Curricular Activities:
• Organize and participate in extracurricular and co-curricular activities such as art, craft, storytelling, sports, and cultural events.
• Curriculum Development:
• Assist in developing and enhancing the school curriculum to meet the academic needs of students.
• Incorporate technology and modern teaching aids into the learning process.
• Professional Development:
• Stay updated with teaching best practices and educational trends.
• Participate in workshops, training programs, and school events.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education or a related field).
• D.El.Ed, B.Ed, or equivalent teaching certification is mandatory.
• Experience:
• Prior teaching experience at the primary level is preferred, but freshers with a passion for teaching are welcome to apply.
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to manage young children with patience and empathy.
• Creative and innovative teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
• Familiarity with child-centered teaching techniques and classroom technologies.
• Qualities:
• Passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
• Adaptable and organized with excellent time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
