Job Title: Primary Teacher

Job Summary:

As a primary teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and support their social and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning: Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Classroom Management: Create a positive classroom atmosphere that fosters respect, cooperation, and a love for learning.
• Instruction: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in various subjects, including literacy, numeracy, science, and social studies.
• Assessment: Evaluate and monitor student progress through formal and informal assessments, providing feedback to students and parents.
• Differentiation: Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the varying needs of students, including those with special educational needs.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the community to support student learning and development.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and stay current with educational trends.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral issues.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
