Job Title: Primary Teacher

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Primary Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire and nurture young learners, creating a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment. You will play a key role in helping students build strong academic foundations, critical thinking skills, and a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and intellectual growth of students.
• Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and observation, providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices.
• Uphold school policies and create a safe and respectful learning space for all students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (required).
• Teaching certification (preferred).
• Proven experience as a primary teacher or in a similar role.
• Strong command of subject matter and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity, patience, and adaptability to meet diverse learning needs.
