Position Overview:

Crimson School - St. Michael's, Alwal, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Grade 1 Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, prior teaching experience, and a commitment to fostering an engaging and nurturing learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Monitor and assess students' progress through assignments, tests, and classroom activities.
• Develop age-appropriate instructional materials and resources.
• Maintain discipline and encourage positive behavior in the classroom.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support students' academic and personal development.
• Actively participate in school activities, events, and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and attendance.
• Support students' emotional and social growth through effective guidance.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's in Education (B.Ed) - Mandatory.
• Strong Communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Elementary Education

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in early childhood education or equivalent.
• Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage.
• Prior experience as a mother-teacher will be considered an added advantage.
