Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed primary school teachers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, effective teaching practices, and a passion for inspiring young minds. As a primary school teacher at Dreamtime Learning Hub, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment, developing lesson plans, and assessing student progress.
Key Responsibilities:
• Classroom Management: Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation, respect, and a love for learning.
• Instruction: Deliver engaging and effective instruction in various subjects, including mathematics, language arts, science, and social studies.
• Assessment: Evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments, provide feedback, and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff, and parents to support student learning and well-being.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education.
• Extracurricular Activities: Contribute to the school community by participating in extracurricular activities, school events, and committees.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Certification: Valid teaching certification/license for primary education.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.
• Skills:
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom.
