Swavlamban Foundation, a renowned organization operating a special school in Pali, Rajasthan, is currently looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team.

Responsibilities:

As a Primary Teacher at Swavlamban Foundation, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing engaging lesson plans that incorporate art and craft, as well as activity-based learning strategies.
• Delivering high-quality instruction using effective teaching methods tailored to meet the diverse needs of each student.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care and support for students.
• Assessing student progress, identifying areas for improvement, and adapting instructional methods accordingly.
• Establishing and maintaining open communication with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
• Contributing to the planning and coordination of special events, extracurricular activities, and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Completion of a diploma, B.Ed., or any other course in education affiliated with a recognized institution.
• Proven experience working as a Primary Teacher or Educator in a school setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
• Well-organized, with strong administrative skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Desirable:

• Special education-related experience.
• Skills in art and craft, and activity-based learning.
