Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated pre primary Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will inspire and educate students, create a positive learning environment, and contribute to the academic and social development of students. The teacher will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that meet the educational needs of students in accordance with the school curriculum.
• Classroom Management: Establish and enforce rules for behavior, maintain order in the classroom, and create a positive learning environment.
• Student Assessment: Evaluate students' academic and social growth through tests, projects, assignments, and regular feedback.
• Differentiated Instruction: Tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with special needs or advanced abilities.
• Parent Communication: Regularly communicate with parents/guardians about students' progress, achievements, and any concerns.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development and stay updated with current teaching practices and educational standards.
• Extracurricular Involvement: Contribute to school activities, clubs, and events outside the classroom, promoting overall student development.
• Collaborative Work: Work with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes, teaching strategies, and school policies.
• Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve their academic and personal goals.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress, attendance, and other required documentation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. A teaching certification is required.
• Experience: Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory for passionate and qualified candidates.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in the subject matter being taught.
• Adaptability to different teaching methods and student needs.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
• Certifications: Valid teaching license or certification for the specific grade level or subject area.

Salary: 15k to 25k
Note: Need a person who can join immediately having their own laptop
