We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Mathematics Teacher to join our CBSE school. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mathematics, a B.Ed. in Mathematics, and prior experience teaching mathematics to primary school students.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to make mathematics interesting and accessible for young learners.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
• Assess and monitor students' progress through tests, assignments, and class participation.
• Provide regular feedback to students and parents on academic performance and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and effective learning environment.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, workshops, and events related to mathematics.
• Stay updated with the latest educational practices and integrate them into the teaching methodology.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) with a specialization in Mathematics.
• Proven experience teaching mathematics to primary school students, preferably in a CBSE school.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a stimulating and interactive learning experience for young learners.
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching.
Preferred Skills:
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Patience and enthusiasm for working with children.
• Effective classroom management skills.
