Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teach mathematics to students of grades [ specify grades, e.g., 6-12] following CBSE and IGCSE curricula.

2. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, notes, and study materials.

3. Conduct regular assessments, provide feedback, and track student progress.

4. Identify and support students needing extra attention or enrichment.

5. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate math with other subjects.

6. Develop and administer tests, quizzes, and exams.

7. Maintain accurate records and reports.

8. Communicate with parents through regular updates and progress reports.

9. Stay updated on curriculum changes and best teaching practices.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics or related field ((link unavailable). Math).

2. Teaching certification (B.Ed./M.Ed.) or equivalent.

3. 2+ years of experience teaching math (CBSE/IGCSE curriculum).

4. Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts and applications.

5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs.

Desirable Qualities:

1. Experience with differentiated instruction and assessment.

2. Familiarity with educational technology (e.g., GeoGebra, Mathematica).

3. Training in child-centered pedagogy or constructivist approaches.

4. Certification in IGCSE or CBSE math teaching.
