Key Responsibilities:

• Instruction and Curriculum Delivery:
• Develop and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives.
• Teach core English skills, including reading comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, phonics, and creative writing.
• Utilize interactive and age-appropriate teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
• Student Assessment and Progress Tracking:
• Monitor and assess students' progress through regular assignments, quizzes, and exams.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills.
• Maintain detailed records of student performance and report progress to parents and school administrators.
• Classroom Management:
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and collaboration.
• Establish and maintain classroom routines to ensure an organized and disciplined learning space.
• Resource Development:
• Design and utilize teaching aids, such as visual materials, storybooks, and digital tools, to enhance the learning experience.
• Integrate modern technology, such as interactive whiteboards or educational software, into lessons when appropriate.
• Parental Engagement:
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns.
• Offer guidance to parents on supporting their child's literacy development at home.
• Professional Development:
• Stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies, educational tools, and literacy trends.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and collaborative planning with other teachers.

Pay: ?12,706.74 - ?34,500.00 per month
