3. Student Academic Progress
Monitor students' academic performance and provide strategies to address learning gaps.
Ensure individualized attention for students needing extra support.
Implement formative and summative assessments to track progress effectively.
4. Collaboration and Communication
Act as a bridge between teachers, parents, and the school leadership team.
Organize parent-teacher meetings to discuss students' progress and address concerns.
Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment.
5. Resource Management
Ensure the availability of teaching aids, books, and digital resources.
Recommend and integrate educational technology to enhance learning experiences.
6. Administrative Tasks
Oversee the scheduling of classes, activities, and events for primary grades.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and curriculum updates.
Prepare periodic academic reports for the management.
7. Policy and Compliance
Ensure adherence to school policies, education board regulations, and safety standards.
Maintain discipline and ethical practices in classrooms.
8. Innovative Practices
Implement co-curricular and extracurricular programs for holistic development.
