Job Description
• Teacher Support and Development:
• Provide mentorship, support, and professional development opportunities for primary teachers.
• Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to promote best practices in teaching and learning.
• Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
• Oversee the assessment processes for primary students, ensuring alignment with learning objectives.
• Analyze student performance data to identify trends, areas for growth, and necessary interventions.
• School Culture and Positive Learning Environment:
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school culture that encourages student participation and motivation.
• Implement programs and initiatives that promote social-emotional learning and conflict resolution among students.
