Join us to make your contribution.AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Pricing Manager for APA Aftersales Parts.The Manager Aftersales Parts Pricing APA will be responsible for AGCO parts price list management & pricing strategy execution in Asia Pacific and Africa, ensuring a consistent and sustainable price position for individual parts as well as within and across part families, brands and markets. This role will consolidate, analyze and take action on pricing feedback received from internal and external business partners and customers while ensuring smooth and proactive communication with all stakeholders. Achieving a competitive market position by leveraging pricing feedback, competitive and demand data while maintaining a sustainable margin position vs. internal cost is the key challenge and purpose of this role.Your Impact

• Reviewing, validating and actioning of customer pricing enquiries for all APA markets
• Proposing & implementing appropriate price adjustments after reviewing obtained feedback and identifying a competitive price point within the market which also maintains AGCO margin expectations
• Driving analysis of competitive, cost and product data to suggest refinements of pricing strategy for the region
• Designing and providing reports and insights on price and cost movements, pricing impact and optimization opportunities
• Working in a global setting / dealing with different cultures & markets.
• Working independently with high level of accuracy and confidence in decision making
• Communicating with stakeholders and customer across the APA markets with focus on English speaking dealer markets in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Full-time bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Business, Finance. (Minimum) / Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business (Preferred)
• Exceptional level of diligence, accuracy and attention to detail
• High level of numeracy, analytical capabilities and business acumen
• 8 to 10 years of experience in pricing, or similar field requiring autonomous decision making and business acumen
• 8 to 10 years of experience in handling/addressing customer concerns and communicating with customers in English speaking markets
• Hands-on experience in working with advanced analytical tools like SQL, R, Spark or Python, Access and Excel
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with automobile parts/components

Preferred: Certifications in the area of Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Visualization and Business Intelligence, Professional Experience of working with Salesforce suite of tools, Professional Experience of working with Syncron Pricing softwareYour Benefits
