Job Title: Pricing Executive - Freight Forwarding and Customs House Agent (CHA)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Executive to join our team in the Freight Forwarding and Customs House Agent (CHA) industry. As a Pricing Executive, you will play a crucial role in determining competitive pricing strategies and ensuring accurate quotations for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement effective pricing strategies that align with market conditions and company objectives, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
• Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely quotations for clients, taking into consideration all relevant factors such as transportation costs, customs duties, and other related expenses.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor pricing, and market demands, using this information to adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
• Cost Calculation: Accurately calculate costs associated with freight forwarding and customs clearance services, ensuring all components are considered to provide comprehensive pricing.
• Client Communication: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and provide tailored pricing solutions that meet their specific needs and budgets.
• Negotiation Support: Assist sales teams in negotiations by providing detailed cost breakdowns and pricing justifications, contributing to successful deal closures.
• Compliance: Ensure all pricing activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements, minimizing risks and maintaining transparency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in pricing within the Freight Forwarding and Customs House Agent (CHA) industry.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle complex calculations and data analysis.
• Excellent understanding of logistics processes, customs regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in using pricing software and tools, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
