Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pricing Executive to join our team in the shipping industry. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in pricing, freight forwarding, or logistics, with a deep understanding of market trends, cost structures, and pricing strategies. The role involves analyzing shipping rates, preparing cost estimates, and optimizing pricing models to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for shipping services.
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to recommend adjustments.
• Prepare and review pricing proposals for clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team to support customer quotes and contracts.
• Monitor and manage pricing data in systems for accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers and service providers to negotiate rates.
• Provide regular pricing reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Assist in the development of new pricing models based on industry developments.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in the shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding industry.
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, shipping costs, and logistics operations.
• Proficient in MS Excel and pricing software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?25,000.00 per month
