:Pricing AnalystWe have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Pricing/Financial Analyst to join our talented Professional Services team. Ideal candidates should have experience working with complex pricing models and contract types preferably for US Federal opportunities and RFPs. Candidates should also have general experience working with budgets, and/or have project control experience.Typical responsibilities include (but not limited to)

  • Performs business and management tasks in the area of Pricing without significant supervision.
  • Prepares complex pricing proposals in response to customer requests for proposals.
  • Interfaces with technical personnel responsible for estimates.
  • Works with Capture Team in development of price strategy.
  • Capable of developing and presenting pricing strategies to capture and Executive teams.
  • Analyzes estimates of labor, material, equipment, and other direct costs.
  • Prepare Price to Win (PTW) analysis of competition.
  • Understanding how to leverage open-source data as part of the competitive and research analysis.
  • Actively participates on proposal teams for new business opportunities.
  • Ensures the timely generation of pricing submissions and compliance with solicitation requirements and established review / approval process.
  • Assumes responsibility for the preparation of a fully compliant and competitive cost and pricing volume, establishing and coordinating schedules, cost/price model development, and cost narrative.
  • Negotiations of subcontractor pricing/rate development
  • Other pricing, research and analysis as needed.
Qualifications:Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, MBA Finance, CA, ICWA, etc
  • Background in US government accounting and similar functions is preferred
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft tools.
  • Strong MS Excel skills with the ability to maneuver without the use of a mouse. Use of short keys is a must.
  • Strong ability to learn new task areas and take control of projects
  • Must be able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Strong writing skills and effective communication abilities
  • Interested in being proactive, taking initiative and ownership of all assigned efforts
  • Interacts effectively with internal and external clients.
  • Elevates issues in a timely manner and coordinates resolution.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Experience with Costpoint is preferred.
  • Understanding of DCAA compliance is preferred
  • Understanding of indirect rate cost and base pools is required.
  • Must be detail oriented and capable of managing multiple concurrent pricing opportunities.
  • Experience in all types of Federal/US Government contracts (T&M, CPAF, CPFF, FFP) is required.
  • 5 years or more of US Government Contracting Pricing Experience is required
