Job Description

- Price maintenance in ERP and keep track of price changes

- Pricing review for adjustment execution

- Maintain pricing standard procedure and align with business requirement

- Analyze margins and quoting prices for the customers

- Maintain data quality

- Drive and execute global pricing program

Job Responsibilities

- Calculates discounts and rebates using established guidelines for small and medium distributors

- Recommends pricing beyond guidelines

- Maintains quoting and price adjustment approvals, structures and process

- Process point of sales data on rebate tools analyze appropriate payout and process for credit resales

- Resolve rebate, pricing discrepancies and queries with distributes

- Consults with Sales, Product divisions, global pricing functions when needed

- Conducts price and discount program audits, both internally and with external customers

- Implements annual price adjustments and new product launches

- Participates in continuous improvement initiatives

- Prepares plan for account reviews and identifies list of customers for price increase

- Pricing leakages and process gap analysis

- Manage rebate and bonus process for eligible payout

- Works with sales team to increase prices for the customers

- Provides sufficient material to help sales team negotiate price increase with customers

- Consults with Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, plant personnel and external customers.

- Coordinates and implements annual price adjustments

- Participates in continuous improvement initiatives s

- Act as liaison between customers, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and IT

- Allocates work among team members and conducts cross process trainings within team

- Mentors & Trains a group of Analysts to deliver on assigned tasks.

Background & Skills

- Mathematical Aptitude and Understanding of Statistical Analysis and methodologies, problem solving methods, driving critical conversation with different stakeholders.

- Process Management - Simplify complex processes, Figure out the processes necessary to get things done. Gets more out of fewer resources, ability to manage multiple high-profile pricing review projects.
