As a Pressure Pumping Assembly, Maintenance & Overhaul Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Contributing to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team
• Suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures.
• Maintaining assigned trucks, oil field surface equipment related to cementing, coiled tubing and stimulation operations
• Facilitating third-party repair of equipment when required
• Analyzing and interpreting data from environmental tests and troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Providing supervision, mentorship and leadership of technicians in the absence of the supervisor/manager
• Maintaining equipment records and filing systems as part of quality control and assurance programs

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a diploma / GED with at least 7+ years of experience in pressure pumping).
• Have 7+ years maintenance related experience in mechanical functions in pressure pumping
• Have the ability to read, write and understand the English language
• Have good mechanical aptitude
• Have proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, hydraulic, assembly prints and parts lists and follow formal procedures and maintenance practices
• Have extensive knowledge and expertise of hydraulic circuits and ability to troubleshoot faults
