Overview
Love solving complex problems with simple, elegant design? The Mastercard Sales Enablement team is looking for a talented designer with a passion for technology to join our amazing in-house creative team and bring the Mastercard brand to life across a wide variety of applications.

Role
As a designer on the Sales Enablement team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work closely with internal team members (writers, designers, , and UI/UX designers) and stakeholders across the company (marketing, product sales, thought leaders) to produce a wide variety of sales enablement materials (sales presentations, market Intel reports, sales narratives etc.).

You\xe2\x80\x99re a skilled designer with an eye for simplicity. You understand branding and are comfortable working within global brand guidelines. You\xe2\x80\x99re an expert using Microsoft Office PowerPoint to create visually stunning presentations and sales materials. You approach every project with the end-user and audience as your starting point.

You understand the ability of good design to deliver a clear message and emotion. You\xe2\x80\x99re a strategic thinker who asks the right questions to uncover the underlying why. You\xe2\x80\x99re always looking for ways to infuse a creative edge into everything you do.

All about you - necessary skills

Graphic design

• Skill and passion for creating highly visual PowerPoint presentations in Mastercard branded templates and using branded assets
• Ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals, balancing creativity, design thinking and innovation
• Possess a solid knowledge in graphic design with the ability to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity
• Apply solid conceptual skills, a high-level sense of typography, illustration, and visual composition
• Ensure materials have a clear messaging hierarchy to communicate critical messages and key selling propositions
• Display creative curiosity by seeking out new design techniques and maintaining cutting edge industry knowledge
• Desired: experience across a range of media and formats, including web, email/CRM, social media, posters, multi-page reports and infographics

• Collaborate with and serve as a strategic partner to internal team and stakeholders across the company
• Understand the business goals and marketing strategies of our stakeholders

Required experience

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Graphic Design or related discipline
• Experience as graphic designer and PowerPoint design specialist in a corporate or agency environment preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Bonus points for experience with Camtasia, Keynote, After Effects, Premiere, illustration, HTML/CSS, video editing, or motion graphics
• Experience with project management software
