• Experience in developing business presentation, e-learning and digital and print media designs?
• A proven track record of quality and customer satisfaction?
• Extensive knowledge of PowerPoint and moderate knowledge of Word and Excel?
• Passion for quality and on-time delivery?

About the Opportunity

As a Presentation Specialist, your time will be divided as follows:

• 80% on creating high-impact PowerPoint presentations
• 20% on building and maintaining knowledge assets

You will be part of a fast-growing PE-backed business that allows high-performing employees to make an impact and contribute to growing the business. You will be responsible for supporting project teams in gathering data and representing the information gathered in PowerPoint presentations.

• Reporting: You will report to a Manager within Prescient\'s India office

Key Responsibilities

• Design unique PowerPoint presentations rich in detail, including animations, photographs, charts and graphs
• Work with colours, fonts and other high-level design elements to enhance the visual appeal of presentations
• Manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines
• Communicate and collaborate with executives in a professional manner to understand requirements and translate them into visual formats
• Remain flexible and work within a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures

Required Experience and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree with 2-3 years of experience in creating business presentations
• Demonstrated proficiency and expertise in using PowerPoint, including advanced features and functionalities
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently and stay organised while handling multiple projects
• Experience in managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to remain flexible and adapt to a collaborative and fast-paced work environment
