Role Summary:

The Pre-School Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where young children can develop foundational skills in learning, socialization, and emotional well-being. This role requires a patient and creative educator with a passion for early childhood development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Classroom Management : Create a welcoming and safe learning environment that promotes positive behavior and curiosity. Maintain an organized, engaging, and child-friendly classroom.
• Curriculum Implementation : Develop and deliver age-appropriate activities, lessons, and play-based learning experiences that align with early childhood education standards and foster growth in areas like language, motor skills, social skills, and basic numeracy.
• Child Development Observation : Monitor and document each child's development, noting progress, strengths, and areas needing attention. Regularly communicate updates to parents.
• Individualized Attention : Provide personalized support to students based on individual learning styles and developmental needs, helping each child reach their full potential.
• Social and Emotional Guidance : Foster positive interactions among students, encourage teamwork, and help children develop empathy and emotional regulation skills.
• Parent Interaction : Maintain open and regular communication with parents, discussing their child's progress, behavior, and any specific needs or challenges.
• Health and Safety Compliance : Ensure the classroom meets health and safety standards, including hygiene practices, safe play, and emergency preparedness.

Qualifications:

• Experience : 2-3 years of experience in early childhood education or a similar role.
• Certification : NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or ECC.Ed (Early Childhood Care Education) certification is required.
