Job Description

We are looking for a Pre-primary teacher( female ) for Samashti International School at Sarvanampatti, Coimbatore.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum activities for young learners aged 3-6.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
• Foster the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods, materials, and resources to engage young learners in meaningful experiences.
• Encourage independence, creativity, and critical thinking skills through hands-on activities and play-based learning.
• Observe and assess each child's progress and development, maintaining accurate records of their growth.
• Collaborate with parents/guardians to support each child's individual needs and communicate their progress effectively.
• Establish positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and the wider community to create a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Montessori training or certification preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience working with young children in a pre-primary or early childhood education setting.
• Understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with young children, parents, and colleagues.
• Creativity, flexibility, and patience in working with young learners.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on current trends in early childhood education.
• Passion for working with young children and fostering their love of learning.

Note: Candidate should be able to commute to school with own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
