: Pre-Primary Teacher at Creative Champs
Position Overview:
Creative Champs Preschool is seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The Pre-Primary Teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children aged 1.5 to 6 years old. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of early childhood development, a creative approach to teaching, and a commitment to fostering holistic growth in young learners.
Responsibilities:
• Following Lesson Plans: Following age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Classroom Management: Maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Teaching Basic Skills: Teaching fundamental skills such as language, math, and social interaction through play and educational activities.
• Observation and Assessment: Monitoring and assessing each child's progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
• Communication: Regularly communicating with parents or guardians about a child's development and any concerns or achievements.
• Emotional Support: Providing emotional support and guidance to young children as they learn to navigate their feelings and social interactions.
• Health and Safety: Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in your care, including basic first aid if needed.
• Continued Professional Development: Staying up-to-date with early childhood education trends and attending training or workshops to improve teaching skills.
• Creativity: Fostering creativity through art, music, and imaginative play.
• Patience and Empathy: Displaying patience, empathy, and understanding in working with young children and their unique needs.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other staff members and administrators to create a positive and cohesive educational environment.
• Maintaining Records: Keeping records of attendance, behaviour, and developmental progress. Preschool teachers play a crucial role in laying the foundation for a child's future education and development. Their work involves nurturing young minds and helping children acquire essential skills for success in school and life
Qualification and Experience
? Requires - Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Early Childhood Education / NTT
? Minimum of 2 years teaching children under five years old in an Early Childhood program
? Inclination towards extensive curriculum planning/teaching.
? A strong command on spoken and written English.
? Robust knowledge of the most recent relevant policies, regulations, theories and practices ? Passion for education with experience in teaching is a must.
? Self-motivated, Tech Savvy.
? Highly organised individual with a capacity to manage multiple fronts.
? High attention to detail.
? Warm, pleasing personality with a great persona.
? Innate passion to work with children.
? Familiarity with some existing early childhood education curricula like Montessori, Reggio Emilia, National ECCE.
? Strong orientation to deliver quality.
? Open mind to listen from peers, subordinates.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
