Key Responsibilities :

• Classroom Management and Student Engagement :
• Establish a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Guide children in social skills, emotional regulation, and collaborative play.
• Monitor student behavior and provide gentle guidance to promote positive behaviors.
• Instruction and Curriculum Development :
• Develop lesson plans based on early childhood curriculum that focuses on learning through play, exploration, and creativity.
• Incorporate a variety of activities such as storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and physical activities.
• Teach basic academic skills, including numbers, letters, colors, and shapes, through hands-on activities.
• Child Assessment and Progress Tracking :
• Observe and assess each child's development and skills to ensure age-appropriate growth.
• Maintain records of each child's academic, social, and developmental progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
• Conduct regular parent-teacher conferences to discuss each child's progress and address any concerns.
• Classroom Preparation and Organization :
• Prepare and organize classroom materials and resources that enhance the learning experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the classroom to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Professional Development and Collaboration :
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay informed of best practices in early childhood education.
• Collaborate with other preschool staff to support a positive learning environment and contribute to school-wide activities.
