Job Description

The main teacher in a preschool is responsible for creating a nurturing, educational, and safe environment for children to explore and learn. This role involves developing lesson plans, leading classroom activities, and engaging with children at a crucial stage of their development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Planning and Execution:
• Design and implement educational activities that cater to the needs of children aged 2-6 years.
• Integrate various teaching methods and materials to enhance learning experiences.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Child Development Monitoring:
• Observe and assess children's behavior, social development, and physical health.
• Identify children's individual learning needs and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Parent Interaction:
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss educational goals, classroom behavior, and social development.
• Classroom Management:
• Manage classroom environment to foster a safe and positive learning space.
• Implement classroom rules and oversee daily activities.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other teachers, assistants, and administrative staff to enhance the educational environment.
• Participate in training sessions and staff meetings.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Adhere to local regulations and school policies regarding early childhood education.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
