Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education program. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment for young children, fostering their intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development through developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement a curriculum that targets different areas of child development, including language, motor, and social skills.
• Organize activities and materials that encourage curiosity, exploration, and problem-solving appropriate to the developmental stages of preschool children.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable and secure.
• Observe and assess each child's progress and provide written and verbal feedback to parents regularly.
• Collaborate with other teachers and administrators in developing educational goals, policies, and curriculum standards.
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with parents about their child's development and any concerns or achievements.
• Ensure the learning environment is clean, organized, and conducive to learning.
• Supervise children during outdoor activities, field trips, and lunchtime.
• Follow and enforce school policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred; Associate's degree or relevant certification may be considered.
• Proven experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting.
• Understanding of the developmental milestones of preschool-aged children and ability to design developmentally appropriate activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude towards teaching and learning.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?11,000.00 per month
