Job Description
Qualifications:
• B.A in Early Childhood Education
• Any Graduate with certification in Early Childhood Education/Montessori
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in handling Montessori tools.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Creativity in art, craft, and storytelling.
• Preference for candidates experienced or certified in teaching dance, music, drama, any instrument, or any sport.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to Montessori methods.
• Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about students' progress.
• Incorporate creative activities like art, craft, and storytelling into the curriculum.
• Use basic computer programs to maintain records and prepare presentations.
• Support and participate in extra-curricular activities like music, dance, drama, or sports.
