Job Title: Pre-Primary Teacher/ Pre school teacher

Location: Bidarahalli, Near KR Puram, Bangalore 560049

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Overview: We are seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher to join our dedicated team of educators. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and development, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be committed to creating a safe and stimulating learning environment for young children.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (required)( NTT or MTT).
• Proven experience working with young children in a classroom setting (preferred).
• Certification in Early Childhood Education or Teaching License (if applicable to your region).
• Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, flexibility, and a nurturing demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons and activities that cater to the developmental needs of children in the pre-primary stage.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages children to explore and discover their interests.
• Implement a variety of teaching strategies to actively engage children in the learning process, including storytelling, games, songs, and hands-on activities.
• Observe and assess children's progress, and identify learning gaps to tailor lessons accordingly.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to promote a cohesive educational environment and ensure the holistic development of each child.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress reports, and any incidents.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, adhering to school policies and procedures.

Additional Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Background check clearance as required by local regulations.
