Job Description

Overview: Iwee Early Years Preschool is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for early childhood education and a commitment to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging educational activities, fostering a positive classroom atmosphere, and ensuring the overall development and well-being of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Management:

• Create a warm, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Establish and maintain routines and procedures that promote a positive learning atmosphere.
• Monitor and manage student behavior in a constructive manner.

Curriculum Implementation:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities aligned with the preschool curriculum.
• Foster a love for learning by incorporating play-based and hands-on activities.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of students.

Child Development:

• Observe and assess each child's progress and development.
• Provide individualized support and encouragement to help each child reach their potential.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns.

Safety and Well-being:

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
• Conduct regular headcounts and supervise children closely during activities, both indoors and outdoors.
• Follow all school policies and procedures related to health and safety.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers, assistants, and staff to create a cohesive educational experience.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing updates on classroom activities and their child's progress.

Professional Development:

• Stay current with early childhood education best practices and trends.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Classroom Environment:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom.
• Set up and manage learning centers and materials that stimulate curiosity and creativity.
• Display children's work and other educational materials in an attractive and informative manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
