Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Pre-primary Teacher for RainbowRays Pre-School in Gollahalli (near Electronic City, Phase 1) who is passionate for early childhood education and contribute towards various activities or functions within the school to ensure smooth and effective implementation of education programs.

What you'll do:

• Teach as per instructions given in the lesson plan and makes use of various teaching aids, materials, appropriate metaphors and analogies, examples and creatively present to children for effective delivery of the lesson plan.
• Ensures that the lesson plans and activities are planned in advance.
• Effectively prepare for each lesson plan i.e. read plans, attend teacher orientation programme, curriculum related trainings and seek clarification, if necessary.
• Effectively communicate with children using correct and appropriate language and grammar.
• Able to move around the class with ease and effectively interact with children.
• Utilize different teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Contribute towards classroom setup and enhancing the aesthetics with age/class -appropriate displays, learning resources and materials.
• Attend to children's basic needs and ensures the safety, health, hygiene and security of the child.
• Provide support and guidance to students with special education needs or learning difficulties.
• Ensure that the parents concern is being addressed without affecting relationships with them
• Maintain good relationship with parents to understand the parents needs and cater to their requirements.
• Points discussed during the meetings held with Parents should be recorded and acknowledgement of the same is to be taken from the Parent.
• Logging of student progress and ensuring parents are informed about child's progress.
• Take part to build our brand for a blended teaching environment.
• Ensure that a safe and secure learning environment is provided to the children.
• Should plan/ organize / contribute all the events such as Parent Orientation, PTM, Field Trips, Sports Day, Annual Concert, Special Events, Extracurricular activities, culminating activities and all competitions as per the guidelines and year / monthly plan.
• Guiding assistant teachers and support staff and giving them feedback as required
• Take part to build our brand for a blended teaching environment.

Work timings: 9.5 hrs (Mon-Fri) & 3 hrs (Sat)

What you'll bring:

• Graduate with NTT/Early childhood diploma preferably B.Ed in Any Specialization
• Minimum 2 years of Teaching Experience
• Good Communication skills (Fluent English). Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Strong mentoring skills to support students' academic and personal growth
• Must be skilled in activity-oriented teaching using creative and innovative teaching techniques
• Should be super comfortable with kids, having compassion and patience
• Presentable and need to convince Parents
• Situational Adaptability, Proactive, Ethical, Creative and Responsible nature
• Ability to Multitask and good in Time management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?10,000.00 per month
