Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (or equivalent certification).
State-issued teaching certification for preschool or early childhood education.
Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting.
Knowledge of child development principles, early learning standards, and play-based pedagogies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
