We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of child development and be skilled in creating engaging, age-appropriate lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of learning in young children.
Key Responsibilities :
• Plan and implement a dynamic curriculum that promotes child development and meets the needs of individual children and the group.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Utilize a variety of educational techniques (e.g., storytelling, educational play, media, etc.) to teach children.
• Monitor children's interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing.
• Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum.
• Assess the performance of children and provide feedback to parents and administration.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to foster a cohesive and supportive environment.
• Maintain records of children's progress, routines, and interests.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,220.72 - ?22,599.11 per month
