Position Title: Preschool/Kindergarten Teacher

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool/Kindergarten Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will possess a love for teaching young children, an understanding of early childhood education, and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development and Implementation:

• Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to the educational and developmental needs of young children.
• Integrate play-based learning, creative activities, and educational games to foster children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.

2. Classroom Management:

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and development.
• Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and constructive discipline techniques.

3. Individualized Instruction:

• Assess the individual needs and learning styles of each child to provide personalized instruction.
• Monitor and document children's progress and development, providing feedback to parents and guardians.

4. Communication:

• Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for all students.

5. Safety and Wellbeing:

• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in the classroom.
• Adhere to all school policies and procedures regarding health, safety, and child protection.

6. Professional Development:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and training sessions.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field. Teaching certification specific to early childhood education (preferred).

2. Experience: Previous experience teaching preschool or kindergarten children (preferred).Understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.

3. Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
