Monitor Development

: Observe and document children's progress and development, including academic, physical, and emotional growth.

Communication with Parents

: Maintain regular communication with parents and caregivers about children's progress and concerns, and hold conferences as needed.

Behavior Management

: Use positive reinforcement strategies to guide children's behavior and encourage respect, kindness, and cooperation among peers.

Support Socialization
