: Pre-Primary Teacher (females)

Location: Nalagandla and Kokapet

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons to pre-primary students.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment conducive to learning and development.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods, materials, and resources to cater to different learning styles.
• Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured activities and play-based learning.
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' overall growth and development.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
• Handle any disciplinary issues with patience, empathy, and consistency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Relevant teaching certification or licensure.
• Proven experience of 1-2 years as a Preschool Teacher.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with educational technology and learning resources for young children.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Fluency in English; additional proficiency in local languages is advantageous.

Note: Candidate should be able to commute with own transport.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
