Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and educational environment where young children can develop essential social, cognitive, and motor skills. As a Preschool Teacher, you will work with children aged 2-6 years, guiding them through their early educational journey using age-appropriate play, activities, and lessons. This position requires someone who is patient, creative, and enthusiastic about fostering a love of learning in young children.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards and foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging participation and collaboration among students. Implement effective behavior management strategies to create a respectful, orderly environment, Facilitate play-based learning activities that help children develop essential skills such as problem-solving, communication, and cooperation. Observe, assess, and document children's development to identify their strengths and areas that need improvement. Use this information to adjust teaching strategies and provide targeted support to each child. Stay up to date on best practices in early childhood education and participate in training and professional development opportunities as required.
