Preschool Teacher & Day Care Co Ordinator
Job Description
Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of each child.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow.
• Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, exploration, and creativity.
• Provide individualized attention and support to meet the needs of each child.
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and positive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
• Knowledge of child development and early childhood education principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Certifications :
• Early Childhood Education certification (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ?10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Morning shift
• Rotational shift
