About Little Einsteins: Little Einsteins is a leader in early childhood education, offering innovative and engaging programs that inspire young minds. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Franchisee Sales Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our franchise network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential franchisees through various channels, including online platforms, events, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough presentations and discussions with prospective franchisees to explain the benefits and requirements of owning a Little Einsteins franchise.
• Maintain and update a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert leads into franchisees.
• Collaborate with the corporate team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to new franchisees to ensure their successful integration into the Little Einsteins family.
• Invest at least 2 hours daily in online meetings and collaboration with the team.
• Spend the remaining work hours conducting on-ground activities, such as attending networking events, meeting potential franchisees in person, and visiting local businesses.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in franchise sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must own a laptop and have access to high-speed internet.
• Ability to invest at least 2 hours daily in online team activities and the remaining time in on-ground sales efforts.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with potential franchisees and attend events.

You must be a hustler , willing to get conversions, open to learning and able to read and comprehend.

Compensation:

• This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to earn competitive commissions based on the number of franchises sold.
