Role : Preschool Center head and Co-ordinator

Little Explorers Preschool is a well established pre-school in Vishrantwadi, Pune. We provide a creative, fun and challenging environment for our staff and students.

We are looking for a young, dynamic, responsible leader to manage the preschool in the role of Co-ordinator. Please apply only if you have prior experience and are living in the nearby locality of Vishrantwadi/Dhanori/Tingrenagar/Viman nagar/ Lohegaon etc.

The candidate should have dedication, commitment and passion for early childhood development, with excellent communication skills (oral & written). Should be able to provide leadership, motivate and encourage staff to perform their duties effectively and efficiently. Should be open for change and target oriented.

Required Experience and Qualifications
1. Prior experience as a coordinator in Preschool with atleast 3+ years teaching experience.
2. Should have completed graduation (Bachelor's).
3. Relevant courses eg NTT or ECC or Montessori training.
4. Proactive and positive mindset, can work under pressure with a calm mindset.
5. Willingness to take on additional responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
