About the Role

We are looking for dynamic Pre-Sales Sales Executives to join our team for Mandke Lighthouse, a luxury sea-view villa and plot project in Guhagar. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for real estate, and a drive for sales, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification & Follow-ups: Call potential customers, understand their requirements, and schedule site visits. Customer Engagement: Explain project details, benefits, and investment opportunities to prospects. Coordination with Sales Team: Pass on qualified leads to the sales team and ensure smooth conversions. Database Management: Maintain and update leads in CRM for efficient follow-ups. Achieve Targets: Work towards lead generation and site visit goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6 months to 1 year of pre-sales or sales experience, preferably in real estate. Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi. Ability to handle customer queries and provide solutions. Self-motivated with a customer-first attitude. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
