Bid manage and author RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses by analyzing, qualifying, and rewriting requests to align with customer needs and company capabilities.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored technical solutions.
Conduct thorough discovery sessions with customers to uncover pain points, technical requirements, and business objectives.
Design and architect solutions based on company products/services, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with industry best practices.
Create compelling technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that showcase the value and differentiation of our solutions.
Serve as a technical advisor during sales meetings, offering insights and recommendations to influence customer decisions.
Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, including proof of concepts (POCs), solution validation, and technical Q&A sessions.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to provide strategic input to the sales and product teams.
Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including IT architects, engineers, and business leaders.
